The Canadian Association of Paediatric Health Centres (CAPHC) is a national, not-for-profit, organization whose members are healthcare professionals that provide care for children, youth, and families within community, regional, and tertiary/quaternary healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centres, and home care facilities nationwide. CAPHC's mission is to improve healthcare for Canadian children and youth by supporting healthcare provider organizations and their members. The CAPHC network includes multidisciplinary stakeholders who independently are engaged in research and clinical activity in many critical areas of public health concern for children and youth. Patient safety is one of CAPHC's national priorities. We are currently facilitating collaboration between members and other national bodies to address acute and vital issues in this area. As a knowledge-broker committed to improving the health and well-being of children and youth, CAPHC invites you to participate on our Patient Safety Listserve.
